In my interview for the receptionist position, the interviewer started by asking about my previous work experience and the skills I bring for the job, like customer communication and scheduling. I was asked to describe scenarios where I've handled challenging customer requests successfully. They also assessed my ability to multitask and manage phone calls and emails efficiently. We also discussed how well I fit with the company values and my readiness to work in a team-oriented environment. Lastly, I got to ask questions about the work environment and daily team collaboration to show my interest.
