The recruiter reached out to schedule a call but she missed the scheduled call twice. After the second time, she simply sent me the questions via email and had me answer them in a written format. I ended up finally talking with the Co-Founder and he wanted me to come interview in person. The in-person interviews were going to be broken up into two different days, as they wanted me to meet with a total of 7 or 8 people. I did a total of 4 interviews over a period of about 3 hours the first day. They asked for my availability for the second set of interviews but then decided to move forward with someone else instead of me meeting with that second group.

Their recruiters are incredibly unprofessional, I don't recommend studying for an interview here. After getting an interview request, the recruiter and I agreed on a time for a phone screen, and I spent most of my weekend preparing. The recruiter didn't call at the scheduled time. Five minutes after the interview was supposed to start, they emailed to say they decided to move forward with other candidates and would be happy to keep in touch. Three weeks later, the same job ad was reposted. They will waste your time. The most inconsiderate and unprofessional recruiter I've spoken to.

A recruiter messaged me to set up an initial phone screen. Then, I had a technical phone screen via Skype. The interviewer seemed a bit unsure of answers or was deliberately trying to trick me. He disagreed with my correct runtime answers twice, and I went with it because I was nervous. I later confirmed I was right about the runtimes. He seemed serious throughout the interview. The questions themselves were easy, but he wanted super specific answers. They took over a week to get back to me, and I had to ask if I was rejected.

It was a platform to showcase my communication skills and personality.
