First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Witherite Law Group.
Demand Writer
So first I talked to the recruiter, like a quick chat. Then, the second part was with the paralegal and one of the other demand writers. We could do it online or in person, either way was fine.
- Could you go over your resume?
- What stands out on your resume for this position?
Client Support Associate
The interview process felt unprofessional and inconsistent. I was told to expect scenario-based questions, but the panel instead rambled about the company and seemed unprepared. Although I have a bachelor’s degree, a paralegal certificate, and relevant experience, I was told I didn’t “align” because I didn’t guide the conversation toward a sale, even though no sales questions were actually asked. The reasoning seemed unclear and unfair.

Marketing
I found the job posting and reached out to HR with my resume and cover letter. They responded and set up an interview at their Dallas office. The whole thing took about an hour and a half. First, I met with the HR director who reviewed my resume and references. After she left, a panel came in for another interview. They asked me more detailed questions about my background and what I could contribute to the company. I was asked to submit work samples after this interview, which I did. After a while, they called me with a job offer. They let me give my old job two weeks' notice, and I started with them right after.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Could you describe your key strengths and areas for development?
- Tell me about your previous experience and how it aligns with what you can offer this company.
Facilities/Office Manager
Had a phone interview with HR, and then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I was left waiting in the lobby for a while before HR in Dallas/Ft. Worth had to arrange for someone to get me. The interview itself seemed to go well, but then right after, I got an email asking about scheduling a second interview. I replied, but heard nothing back. After leaving several messages and emails, I finally got a call letting me know they decided to go with other candidates. It's kind of funny because the job is still posted on their website.
- Can you describe your experience relevant to this role?
