Totally ghosted after the HR interview and the technical test (Witekio Antony), they no longer respond to emails. In their only feedback, they said they had called me and I was unreachable, which is false. I received no calls. It gives a small idea of the company's mentality. Blessing in disguise.

First, I spoke with the Talent Acquisition Manager about my experience and qualifications. Then, the Global Revenue Operations Manager and I went over the role and the company's content strategy. After that, I was given a take-home assignment with only three days' notice, including a weekend, to complete it. It involved preparing interview questions for a tech advisor to gather content for a blog post, drafting a LinkedIn social media post (with bonus points for other platforms), proposing a visual, and suggesting three different hooks. I also did the optional blog intro. The final interview was with the VP of Sales and Marketing. They said my take-home work was 'uninspiring' and that I should have done something more engaging like a video, even though they didn't explicitly ask for it and gave me limited time. They also commented I might be 'shy'. I then had to evaluate content on a live landing page, which they updated later based on my feedback. I was told I wasn't selected because the other candidate was a better fit and had more IoT experience, though the role was quickly re-listed.

I applied through a recruiter (CV only; no cover letter). Then I had a first phone interview, very friendly, about 45 minutes with an HR manager. After that, I did an online skills test (codingame.com) with C questions, GIT. No embedded software questions. The test is difficult/stressful because each question is timed (from 40s to 5mn). In the end, I think I did okay, but apparently it wasn't enough: they offered me an on-site (technical) interview, but based on my results and experience, they informed me of the maximum salary I could expect. The proposed salary was really very low. So I stopped there to avoid wasting my time. I eventually found another job that meets my expectations.
