First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Witbe.
Technical Integration Specialist
The interview was pretty chill and open. It took about 2 hours total and I talked to HR, higher-ups, and the people I'd be working with directly. They cared about how I'd fit in with the team and my technical chops.
- When a user is quickly changing channels on a smart TV and there's a noticeable lag between pressing the button and the channel actually changing, what could be causing that delay, given that the remote itself is working fine?
VIE
No answers despite three interviews. Had to chase the HR person multiple times. No final decision given, no consideration for applicants, especially after interviews. Applied via Business France for a position in New York. Several interviews were conducted: The first was with HR, entirely in English. The second was with the person in charge of the relevant department (manager).
- Could you present Witbe and its latest developments?
Marketing Copywriter
Had 2 interviews. First was with an office manager/recruiter. They were super nice and made me feel comfy but they didn't know answers to some of my questions about the job (like salary range!). Second interview was with the Marketing Manager and it was awful. They didn't have any questions ready and seemed like they didn't want to be there.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What kind of opportunities are you seeking?
- Do you have any work samples you can share?
Technical Project Manager
I was emailed and then had my first meeting with HR. The HR person was super nice and made for a good first impression. Then I met with the COO. I can see why previous reviews mentioned this person being difficult. They seemed unhappy and uncomfortable during the interview, kind of like being back in a college class with a teacher. Their expertise is in networking, and they even have a doctorate in it. So, ignore what the job description said about other things, just focus on networking because that's all the questions were about.
- Could you tell me your DNS IP address?
- What is the location of the DNS address?
- Can you explain the distinction between a public and a private IP address?
