Web Developer
Had a short phone call where I chatted with the team. It felt good and they were quick to get back to me, which I liked.
- Why choose wistar over other companies for yourself?
Research Assistant
I met with the Principal Investigator first, and then had a few conversations with members of the lab staff. It was pretty simple and mainly focused on the technical skills needed for lab work. We also talked about what I see myself doing in the future, like pursuing a PhD or going into industry.

Senior Accountant
It was a 3 round interview process. First round was with HR, Controller and CFO. Second round was with the COO. Third round was with HR, Controller and CFO again. The whole thing took 90 days, and there were weeks where I didn't hear anything back.

- What is your proficiency level with Excel?
Coordinator
There were two rounds to the interview process. The first round was with my potential supervisor and future coworkers, and it was pretty relaxed. The second round was with higher-level management, which was more formal, and I had to prepare a sample newsletter.
