After submitting my application, I had just one phone interview. The person interviewing me seemed bored and uninterested from the start. They didn't really react to my answers and just moved on to the next question, even though I tried to make it a more engaging conversation.

I had a phone interview with HR that lasted for about half an hour. Then, about a week later, I had another phone interview with the manager, which also lasted for about half an hour. They essentially told me they were going to hire me during that second phone interview.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter, and then several technical interviews over webcam. It was super technical and focused on my experience related to their consulting approach. I'd suggest really digging into their company website beforehand. Overall, it was a pretty involved interview process.
