Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wiss & Company.
Intern
There were two interview rounds. The first was a chat with the HR manager who talked about the company. Then, the second round was with a senior person from the department. The company seemed really friendly!
- Can you elaborate on your resume experiences?
Intern
The interview was very conversational. I met with three or four different interviewers all in one session. It was easy enough, but maybe it was too casual and I ended up relaxing more than I should have.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
Intern
I spoke with a partner, my supervisor, and HR. It was a very relaxed chat. They asked me some personality questions, then explained what the intern role would involve. They said they'd let me know about their decision in a week, and they did.
- Tell me about what you know regarding the firm.
