The process was super chill and professional. They were clear about everything at the start. But towards the end, it got really fuzzy when they were deciding, and it took ages to hear back. I got an offer from another company while waiting and wiser never got back to me even when I asked for info about the job.

It was pretty easy and simple. I took some sort of stereo vision test and passed. Then they sat me down in a conference room and the interview process took about 30 minutes. They were very laid back and friendly. I thought it was strange that no one was there in the middle of the week, only the two people who interviewed me which scared me a little after reading reviews about the company's job security on line. I got an offer, but I declined because I decided to go to school to get my Master's degree and also I did not want to relocate to another state.

It was a 30 minute interview with two people. They asked HR questions like attitude about remote working, desired salary, security clearance, and if I knew initial training was in the office. They also asked technical questions about tools/software I've used before.

I had a phone call with the recruiter. Then, I got an offer the next day. It was an apprentice role so there wasn't much of a process for interviewing, but they did ask about my GIS experience.
