The process was long, lasting about 3 months. It involved a case study, an English proficiency test, and a 1-hour interview with two recruiters using the STAR method. The interview felt stiff, like a Q&A, which made me nervous and unable to be my authentic self. Although the job description mentioned experience as a plus and that training was provided, I was surprised to be rejected despite having good experience and other valuable skills. I inquired about feedback after the expected response time, but only received a generic email stating they had moved forward with another candidate.

I applied in mid April and got an automated reply, but then heard back weeks later to schedule an interview at the end of May. It took a long time and I felt like I was being passed around. I got a take-home assignment with a 2-3 day deadline about email and phone support scenarios, which I finished on time. The interview itself was meh, the interviewer seemed checked out and just asked templated questions. They barely engaged, and I felt like I was interviewing them. The wait for any updates, even rejection, was super long. No feedback, just silence until they finally got back to me. All their talk about customer obsession seems like empty marketing. They said they found people more aligned, but the job is still open months later. It makes me wonder how they treat actual employees if this is how they treat candidates. I'd be careful or maybe just avoid applying.

Behavioral Technical

I had submitted the test, which basically involved angry customers or customers asking questions, and we had to research on the Wise website to respond properly. They gave me a negative response and, about a month later, said they had reviewed my assessment again and called me for a 1-hour interview with the Team Leads. The interview was long; they tried to reassure me because I was very nervous, but I already knew what to expect from the interview because I had studied the common questions here on Glassdoor. Actually, what they want to know is if you are capable of admitting mistakes, being truthful, and if you are compatible with the company's values. So, my advice is: be yourself. After 24 hours, I received the offer.
