The interview process had two phases. First, there was an online interview with written questions. Then, I met with two senior leads from the Customer Support area. Although it was a bit challenging to grasp all the project specifics, I found the entire experience to be very empathetic.

Behavioral

This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. The recruitment team was straightforward, flexible, caring, and positive. My conversations with them were conversational and welcoming. They were genuinely interested in me as a human being rather than just focusing on what I could do for them. The company has the best benefits package I've ever heard of, and the employees I spoke with said they couldn't imagine working anywhere else and plan to stay with the company for life. I got an offer but turned it down because I also got accepted into grad school. I hope there's another role open in a few years for me.

First, I had to do a take-home assignment. After that, they set up a zoom call to get to know me. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward. They weren't super clear about what they were looking for during the call, but they got back to me pretty quickly via email.
