Staffing Manager
After submitting my resume, I had a phone interview. Then, I had a short in-person interview where they talked about the role and responsibilities. After that, I got a call with an offer to start. The whole process was really simple and smooth.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What are your career goals?
Staffing Manager
Scheduling was really quick. The hiring manager said she'd get back to me but then radio silence. Couldn't give me any idea when they'd hire, just that they wanted the 'right fit'.
- Would you be alright with working alone in the office?
Staffing Specialist
It was a really simple and quick interview process, almost like it was a scam. They didn't do a reference check. They did do a drug test, but I refused to sign the paper because my name wasn't on the sample, and they told me to leave it in a box with a lot of other samples. I'm not sure if that's a safe practice. They just wanted me to come in and start working. It was a very odd process. The staff was untrained and really rude. Honestly, it felt like I could get a job that's less dangerous just by standing outside a hardware store.
- Do I have a car?
- Is there anything else they need to know?
Sales Associate
Great interview process, very professional. Loved how everyone was helpful. Great team environment for sure. Kinda looked like a work family from the outside looking in. Can’t wait to get a call back.
- What sparked your interest in this role or the company?
- Are you open to traveling to various locations if you get the job?
