My first interview was a phone call with my potential manager. It was a really good hour-long chat that made me more excited about the job. Then, I had a second interview over Zoom with some other team members.

I sent my application via email and got a reply the next day. We scheduled an interview for the following week with the entire marketing team. About a week and a half after that, they got back to me with an offer.

The interview process was pretty standard. I spoke with the Director, and she asked me about my education, previous work experience, and why I wanted this specific job. It felt relaxed and didn't take longer than 45 minutes. No curveballs or tricky questions. Just be yourself, and you'll be fine.

Thoroughly unimpressed with the interview process. Took nearly two months from their team acknowledging my submission to offering a first round interview. After the interview, I never heard back. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional to not properly close out the interview process with even a simple generic HR letter.
