I was called in for an interview and it went very well. Within a week I was called in again to meet with the District Manager. The interview process was very relaxed. I received the job offer within 2 weeks of applying.

The process was pretty easy. The district manager was chill and easy to get along with. They didn't really have a set list of questions for the first interview, which took about 45 minutes. If they wanted to move forward, there would be another interview with one of the owners. They do use an online personality test though.

The interview was pretty straightforward with some easy questions and then a mock sales pitch. A good part of it was about career and how long you plan to stay, plus the usual questions about your strengths, weaknesses, and what you're looking for in the job.
