First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wireless World.
Sales Consultant
I was called in for an interview and it went very well. Within a week I was called in again to meet with the District Manager. The interview process was very relaxed. I received the job offer within 2 weeks of applying.
- Can you tell me about your previous job experience?
- How do you define integrity?
Store Manager
The process was pretty easy. The district manager was chill and easy to get along with. They didn't really have a set list of questions for the first interview, which took about 45 minutes. If they wanted to move forward, there would be another interview with one of the owners. They do use an online personality test though.
- Can you share an instance where you had to manage a challenging customer and describe your approach?
Sales Associate
Had a 20 minute phone chat, then a 40 minute in person meet with two interviewers.
- Would you leave for a better job offer soon?
Wireless Consultant
The interview was pretty straightforward with some easy questions and then a mock sales pitch. A good part of it was about career and how long you plan to stay, plus the usual questions about your strengths, weaknesses, and what you're looking for in the job.
- Can you do a mock sales pitch for me, selling this pen?
- Can you tell me your strengths?
- Can you tell me your weaknesses?
