The whole process was quite lengthy and honestly, not very clear. They kept missing deadlines and didn't really meet the expectations they set out. The recruiters would give conflicting info, weren't very responsive, and the interviewers themselves weren't clear about what they were looking for.

Technical Behavioral Group Presentation

First, they'll look at your resume to see if you're a good fit. Then, you might have to do an online test with some technical, aptitude, or psychometric questions. After that, there's a technical interview to check your skills and knowledge for the role. Next up, an HR interview to see how you handle teamwork and if you fit the company culture. For more advanced jobs, there could be extra interviews with managers or tech folks to dive deeper into technical stuff. Some roles also have a behavioral interview where you'll talk about past experiences and how you dealt with situations. Sometimes, you'll do a group discussion with other candidates to see how you communicate and collaborate. For certain jobs, you might need to prepare and present a case study or a technical topic. Finally, for senior or management roles, there's usually a final interview with top execs or a panel of interviewers.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked more questions about the technical aspects.
