So, the campus recruitment process starts with Wipro folks coming to campus for a pre-placement talk, giving an intro to the company and jobs. Then, a quick resume and communication skills check. After that, there are three big coding assessments to test your coding, problem-solving, and logic. These coding tests can be tricky, with different levels of difficulty and time limits, covering stuff like algorithms, data structures, and languages like Java, C++, or Python. Then comes the final assessment, which is a full check of your tech knowledge and skills, with theory and practical tasks for software dev, computer science basics, and engineering stuff, to see if you're ready for the Project Engineer role. Lastly, there's an English speaking round to check your communication skills for teamwork, and a technical interview that really digs into your tech skills, knowledge, and experience for the Project Engineer job, asking about your background, projects, languages, and how you solve problems, maybe with some tricky scenarios.
