Got contacted by a recruiter who set up a meeting. Had a 30-minute video call with the manager. They asked some basic questions, nothing too surprising. Talked about my experience and previous jobs. Also asked some general underwriting questions. I got to ask questions too.

I had a phone screen in April that went well. I took time off work for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager the following week. In May, I had a second interview with the hiring manager and HR. I was given a tour of the building and felt the interview went well. Despite many follow-ups in June and July, I never heard back about the status. I really liked the company but was very disappointed in how they treat candidates.
