HR called me first for about 30 minutes, then the Hiring Manager interviewed me with the team for about 30 minutes. After that, I had an in-person interview at their office for about 2 hours. HR emailed me two weeks later that I wasn't selected because the first candidate accepted the offer.

I had three interviews, the first was a phone call and the next two were over zoom. They said they would let me know either way if I got the job, and if they liked me I'd have to fly in for a fourth interview. It's been two months and I haven't heard anything back, even though they said they'd keep me updated. The interviews weren't difficult, but the lack of communication after three interviews was tough.
