It was a straightforward, open conversation, and honest. The office is welcoming and the people are nice. You have a private conversation which is more comfortable. I would say that as long as you are prepared and motivated you will do well.

Very straightforward and quick. The recruiters are nice and understanding and always try to help you find work if you're consistent. First, you take a computer skills quiz for the position you're applying for and must pass with an 80% or higher. Then you meet with a recruiter, and after that, you fill out W2 forms, etc. They will then send you for a paid physical. Once you're cleared, they can start placing you in jobs.

I worked with Isabel Abrams (recruiter) who helped me get a litigation paralegal role at a law firm in NYC. She was really helpful and kept in touch even though I didn't get an offer after my first interview. She even helped me prepare in person, and I appreciated her professional advice. I was only looking for direct hire roles, not temp-to-perm, which was a bit of a bummer.

I had a phone call with the recruiter first. Then I had to take an online test for my typing and MS Word abilities. After that, I went in person to meet with the recruiter that same week.
