I had a pre-interview phone call in January, and then my final interview was later in February. We were supposed to do it over Skype because the interviewer wasn't in town, but then he missed our Skype call. I'm not sure why that happened. So, I ended up interviewing over Skype late at night with one of the camp directors, and it went really well. I got an offer the very next day.
