Applied online, then had a phone interview, followed by an onsite interview, and another onsite interview. They are now scheduling a third onsite. It's been over 3 months, which probably deters 99% of qualified candidates. It can be disillusioning.

I first met them at a college career fair, and then I was invited for a second interview on-site. I met with a Project Engineer and they gave me a tour of the manufacturing facility. Everyone was super friendly, and the interview and whole process felt very laid back. I really liked the company and its culture. However, I wasn't too keen on relocating to Forest City. They did extend an offer, but I declined it because of a few things, like the salary.

I applied online on a Tuesday and got a call for an interview that following Wednesday. Went to interview with a very nice guy named Matt. Went over my application and had a few questions to get to know me. Next was to see what supervisors were interested in me. Met with 2 supervisors, the 1st one basically called dibs with another brief interview. Got told to show up for orientation the following Monday.

It was a really fair and clear process. I spoke with someone who's been with the team for a while. It was just one interview, and it felt like they weren't trying to trick me as long as my experience in QA seemed legit.
