The job description didn’t really match up with what people thought the person in this role did. There was an initial chat, and then an in-person interview on campus. They didn’t make any adjustments for my health issues. It would have been good to talk to students, but that didn’t happen during the interview.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process felt rushed, and they didn't account for the jet lag from an 11-hour time zone difference. It wasn't well-organized, and there seemed to be little thought given to the necessity of the interview itself, especially since the current dean decided not to retire, meaning no selection was actually made. The flight from Central Asia was expensive for what felt like a 'magical need.' Overall, I wasn't impressed with the process or the school.
