The interview had two parts. The first part was with the team manager and sales director, who make the hiring decision, so most of the time was spent here. Most questions and interactions were to test your ability to talk and if you're a likable person. The second part was with two team members from the Sales Development Team and one person from the Account Executive Team. This part was pretty short, and it was more to see if you're likable enough to fit with the team you'd be working with daily.

Things moved pretty fast, and the recruiter was super responsive. They set up an onsite interview. Honestly, it felt a bit disorganized, and it was clear they hadn't looked at my prep materials, which took over an hour. It was disappointing to see the interviewer looking for things in their email while I was there. A lot of the questions felt too basic for someone with my experience.

Plain and simple... leave any basic, scripted interview practices you may have had outside before entering. Windsor Circle from my personal experience is about being real and being transparent. My interview was 100% like a general conversation which was awesome. I was not grilled on things that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was there for. I had an awesome feeling of welcome which then progressed to excitement. Just go in, be real, be transparent but most importantly be passionate. They want to see what makes you special and different. Windsor Circle is aimed to have the elite of the elite. So if you feel you fit the criteria then go in, relax and prove it and the rest will fall into place.

Started with some email stuff, then a phone chat, and finally had two in-person meetings. I talked to people on the team, my potential manager, and some of the higher-ups. They all asked good questions that really fit the job and were super friendly. They also had me draw out some scenarios on the whiteboard to see how I'd handle them.
