Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Windham Brannon.
Auditor
After a Career Fair, I had a phone interview with HR. Then, I was invited to a Meet the Firm event. This event included a speech about the company, a Q&A session with former interns, and three interviews with an Associate, a Manager, and a Sr. Manager.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Why this company?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Auditor
I had my interview process for the auditor position. It involved speaking with two managers and one associate, each interview was held separately. The conversation leaned heavily on getting to know me as a person and discussing my work history. It felt pretty laid-back and comfortable overall.
- What are some standard interview questions you've encountered?
- Can you describe your personality and how it fits this role?
- Let's talk about your resume and past experiences.
Auditor
I applied online and the recruiter contacted me pretty soon after. I had a phone interview not long after that, which wasn't too difficult. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them about whether I got the job or not.
- Describe a situation where you had to collaborate within a team.
