I interviewed with a group of 5 people. The questions were very behavioral, focusing on my character and values. They were great to talk to and made me feel comfortable.

The interview process was quite casual. I had the interview at one location, and then my resume was passed along to someone else. I ended up interviewing with the company two times. You should be ready to discuss your education, your background, and your previous work experience. Don't expect any follow-up, and they also don't respond to emails. It seemed very family-oriented, which makes me think that if you're related to the manager, you might have a better chance at getting the job.

I saw an ad in the local classifieds and applied. Then I went to the office and met with the main broker. It was a nice interview, one of the more relaxed meetings I've had. I've heard the main broker has really improved the office since he took over, so I can understand why the interview was so pleasant.

They only did one interview. They like to hire people from outside the industry so they don't have agents with bad habits. Some places hire most anyone because the agent pays a monthly desk fee to work there. Other places, which are on a commission split, want a solid work history.
