Interactive and group discussion. Several activities are carried out, and in the end, there's an individual interview. Very interesting and challenging. Wonderful experience. I recommend preparing for group and individual logic games.

I submitted my resume and then I got a call inviting me to a group interview day. We did several 'games' and at the end of the day, everyone had an individual interview with one or more managers. Then, in front of everyone, they announced who passed and who didn't, and those who passed had 2 days to accept.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 2 step process: first an ""motivational/technical"" interview and second a ""motivational"" one. The technical interview was pretty tough with reasoning questions on accounting topics, like EBitda, NPV, accruals and deferrals. Other questions were about how you react to stressful situations and how you behave at work.

Behavioral Technical Other

First, there was an HR call to discuss my current duties and studies. Then, a psychological interview focusing on personal motivations, including some psychological games about absurd choices. I was also tested with a game for managing tasks and priorities. Finally, a technical interview where I explained my technical abilities and current job. They then discussed what I would be doing and the tools I'd use.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell me about your past experiences and projects from university and work?
  • What were your experiences and projects in university and at work?
