I had applied for a different position before, and my profile was kept on file. So, when this position opened up, HR reached out to me. I interviewed with the Director of HR and the Director of Purchasing at the Wimsatt Location.

The interview process with Wimsatt wasn't the best. You apply online and then do a paper application on-site, which is outdated and takes forever. I applied for an HR Generalist, but the title and description shifted to HR Business Partner since they weren't sure what they wanted. The first interview was straightforward, going over my resume and standard interview questions. The second interview they called a 'transparent interview,' but it was actually two senior leaders dissecting my resume and telling me why I wasn't a good fit. This was fine, as I didn't feel a cultural fit, but it was totally unprofessional. They also never told me they chose someone else. I saw the job posted again (third time in two years). Seriously consider applying here. Other details: medical benefits aren't as great as advertised. Hours are 7 am to 5 pm. No remote work options when I interviewed (summer 2019). They had no diversity and inclusion stance at the time.

I saw an ad on Craigslist and applied. They called me in to fill out an application and do an interview. During the interview, they explained the job and the company. After that, I took English and math tests. The pay and benefits are good. The hours can be long during peak season, and you have to work every other Saturday, which is tough for family time. But it seems like a good opportunity.

After an initial phone interview, I had an on-site interview with both HR and the branch manager. Seven days later, I was informed that they decided to proceed with another candidate. I was told the whole interview process would consist of 4 to 6 interviews, with the final one being with the owner.
