The process was very long and time-consuming. They should optimize it more because it hinders people with other opportunities in sight and they give priority to this one, which can be disappointing. More than one technical test, several interviews, and it's not what's on the company's website, which shows fewer stages.

It was a 4-step process. The first interview was with HR, to get to know the candidate and discuss the job opening. This was online. The second stage was an in-person interview with a manager. The third stage was another in-person interview with a different manager. The fourth stage was a computer skills test.

Had stages with HR, English test, Manager 1, Manager 2. The process wasn't long but was quite thorough. It wasn't just technical situations that were questioned, but personal ones too. The whole process was conducted with a lot of transparency and attention from HR.

I went through the selection process at the company, where there was a 2-hour delay to start. After finishing the group stage, they mentioned we would get feedback within 3 days and that HR would be available for questions. However, two weeks passed with no response, not even a rejection. It's frustrating and disrespectful, especially after the initial delay. I messaged them on WhatsApp asking about the status, but they viewed it and didn't reply. Due to the delays, lack of commitment, and refusal to provide an answer, I'm very unhappy with the recruitment team.
