The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy. It was just two rounds, and both were pretty relaxed and conversational. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable. Nothing too technical or stressful — it was a smooth and positive experience overall.

The interviewer didn't ask many questions and didn't seem very interested in my responses. They spent most of the time looking over my resume. Wilson is a great company, but if you interview there, I'd suggest learning how to ask questions that allow you to introduce yourself. It's possible the interview was just a formality and they had already decided on their preferred candidate.

Communication was all over the place between HR and principal. There were two interviews in total, and a verbal offer the next day. The first interview was with two principals and the second was with HR and two principals.

It was a one-on-one interview that lasted about 40 minutes. First, I introduced myself, and then the engineer asked me to talk about the projects on my resume. I had to explain them in detail, including why I chose specific treatment processes. No other skill-based questions were asked. At the end, as usual, I was asked if I had any questions for him.
