First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wilson & Company.
Engineer
I interviewed with the department head, my supervisor, and another engineer. The questions were standard and not overly difficult. I was permitted to work from home for a few days. Salary discussions took place during the second interview the following week.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Shared Services
It was a really thorough process. The interviewers were ready and they told me about the company and the job. I was super impressed that I got to interview with the CEO.
- Can you tell me about the recruiting techniques you use?
Transportation Engineer
It was an entry level position. Most of the questions were behavioral questions. I was not asked any technical questions. Both the interviewers were at a senior position and there was no one from HR. Most of the discussion was about what do I want to do. They also talked about the company, services they offered, locations etc. I had a very pleasant experience.
- What do you want to do?
- Tell me about the company.
- What services does the company offer?
Intern
The interview felt pretty laid-back and chill. Everyone seemed pretty relaxed, and I even got some useful tips about getting internships in general. They also mentioned some other engineering groups in the area I could join.
- Which subjects in school do you enjoy the most?
