The interview process was very basic and straightforward. They asked questions about my previous jobs, my experience, and my habits regarding attendance. I'm over 50 and was a supervisor at Woodmans. I was looking for a new and exciting challenge after recently hiring a very lazy and underqualified employee at my previous company. I assumed this place would be a good fit. However, it seems I wasn't young, hip, and cool enough for them, judging by their current employees who have long hair, tattoos, and piercings, similar to the lazy employee I mentioned. My own appearance doesn't fit their image, and it appears they value image over having good workers.
