- Why should we hire you for this position?
Phlebotomist
It was a group interview, round table with different supervisors from various sites. They all asked different questions specific to their site and work volume. I was asked about how well I work with different personalities and schedules, if I can handle working under extreme pressure and deadlines, what area of the city I preferred, and if I minded working weekends.

Getting the interview was super easy. I just filled out an application and then called them, and they set up an interview for me the same day! The hardest part is waiting to hear back about whether you got the job.
