After applying online, I was contacted to come in for an in-person interview. It was a pretty standard interview, and they want to make sure I'm capable and determined to do the tasks the job requires. The managers were transparent and vocal about their mission, making it a great interactive experience overall.

it was an easy interview, came in with prior knowledge working at a restaurant. They’re looking for schedule and willingness to learn. At least at that time, it probably will help if you are food handlers certified prior but not a deal breaker if you aren’t.

I initially came in to submit an application, but I found out the application process is actually online. So, I completed the application online and then gave them a call to let them know I had applied. Shortly after, I received a call back offering me an interview. When I went in for the interview, it was quite casual. The manager and I sat at a table, and they asked me some questions and explained the job details. Although I was hired during the interview, it was for the counter position, not as a waitress. It seems that if you don't have prior waitressing experience, they'll place you at the counter, with the possibility of moving to a waitress role later on.

I applied and had an interview with the manager, followed by a training shift. The whole process was quite fast, and I started working the very next day. I did the application and the manager interview on the same day. I'd suggest trying to get seen the same day you apply since lots of people are applying.
