First, you do a mock phone call handling different customer questions. If you pass that, there is a second phone call where you discuss your experience and options. The company people were nice and professional. They tell you their decision pretty fast. This job is remote, so you work from home.

Customer Service Representative
After you apply online, a recruiter will call you for an initial screening to check your qualifications and interest. Then, you'll have one or more in-depth interviews, potentially by phone or in person, where you'll meet hiring managers and team members. They'll ask behavioral and situational questions to see if you fit the company culture and the role. For some jobs, you might need to do a skills assessment or project. Finally, some candidates may have a last interview with higher management or a panel. If all goes well, you'll get a job offer. Williams Sonoma really values customer service and teamwork, so be sure to share examples of that.
- Tell me about a time you delivered outstanding customer service.
Customer Service Representative
I did a one-way recorded interview. About a week later, I got an email saying the seasonal positions were filled. I think this is a lie because I applied a while ago, so that's not the reason. It's obvious I didn't pass the interview, but I'm not sure why because I have a lot of call center/customer service experience! It doesn't matter though, I already have two job offers. This place is a joke! Stop lying about why you really decided not to hire me!
