It was a pretty easy group interview. They asked the questions I expected. They seemed really eager to hire, probably because it's a seasonal role. They didn't mention it was seasonal until the interview started. The seasonal work goes until the first week of February. They said I'd train in one area but would likely end up working in multiple sections.

It was a group interview with about 6-8 people where we took turns answering questions from the two managers. You could raise your hand to answer anytime, so it showed how eager you were. They also looked for people who would build on others' answers. From my perspective as someone who has been interviewed in a group setting before, they ran it well – keeping it moving and thorough, making sure everyone got a chance to speak and not dominating the conversation themselves, letting the candidates do most of the talking. There was also an opportunity to walk around the store, choose an item, and try to sell it to them.

Applied for the job and got hired right away, it was super easy. About a week after applying, I had to come in for two tests: a typing test and a multiple-choice screening. They told me I'd get a call back if I passed to set up an interview. I got the call the next day and scheduled my interview for the following week. During the interview, they asked what I knew about the company, some 'tell me about a time...' questions, and how I'd deal with specific scenarios. She decided to hire me on the spot. Then I went to HR to sort out the paperwork and take a drug test. Training started a few weeks later.
