First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at William Vitacco Associates.
Mailroom Clerk
I found this job through a temp agency. HR Manager and another manager interviewed me. The questions they asked were factual. The interviewers seemed nice. I sent a thank you email to the HR person and got hired by the temp agency the next week. I went from temp to perm in less than a month.
- Can you describe your Excel and MS Office skills?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer in your previous role.
Mailroom
I talked with the HR director and a supervisor. They both asked me direct questions, like factual ones, not abstract ones. They asked questions one after another. There wasn't any writing or tests involved. I got the job offer about a week after.
- What are your future aspirations in the next five years?
- What motivates your interest in working with us?
- Can you outline your proficiency with Microsoft Office software?
Consultant
I was interviewed by two people who asked me some quick questions about my past work, and then we talked about what skills I could offer the company. It was a bit challenging because it was a group interview, so I had to pay attention to both interviewers.
- Where do you see yourself in a couple of years?
- What are your thoughts on our company?
- Tell me about the skills you can bring to us.
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was quite fast and simple. The questions asked were the usual ones. But, it didn't really feel like they were trying to get to know you and see if you and the company would be a good fit.
- What qualities would you bring to this position?
