Client Services
It took 7 weeks and lots of emails with the hiring manager. Started with a phone screen with the hiring manager, then three more phone screens, then a video interview with the VP, then an on site interview, and they asked for references. It really took forever. I talked to different people on the team multiple times and emailed back and forth after each interview. It was a lot of work, time, and effort to not get an offer.

Editor
I was contacted by an internal recruiter who was really unprofessional, it was bizarre. Then I had a couple of long phone interviews, followed by several video interviews with multiple people who kept their cameras off, which was odd. I submitted a lot of work samples and got good feedback on them. I was repeatedly told an offer was coming, but then they went completely silent. I noticed the job posting for the role kept reappearing for months, making me wonder if they ever intended to hire someone or why they put me through the process.
- The questions weren't hard, but there were many of them and they took a long time.
Full Stack Developer
There were two technical rounds. The first one was about 1 hour long and covered topics like React, Node, and Java, with a main focus on React. It also included some MySQL questions. The second round was a techno + managerial round that lasted about 45 minutes. In this round, they asked about my projects and had me write an SQL query.
- What are the use cases for MySQL versus NoSQL?
- What are the drawbacks of a Single Page Application?
- Can you explain Cookies and JWT?
iOS Developer
I sent in my resume and heard back from the recruiter after a few days to set up a phone interview with the project manager. It started with typical behavioral questions and then moved into the technical part. Since I don't have a ton of iOS experience, that might have been an issue, but it was pretty tough. Probably won't get a callback.
- Can you explain the different execution states of an iOS app and describe each one?
