So I had this 2-hour in-person interview with the dev team, which even included a basic code test. After that, the next step was a take-home project where I had to build a prototype. Then, there was a final interview with the team and the CTO. But here's the kicker: even after all that song and dance, and getting a 'pass' from the CTO, I got no actual feedback.
