Customer Service Representative
I took some tests that were related to the job and then had a one-hour interview. The tests were okay difficulty-wise and covered job-relevant topics. The interview had questions that checked my problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. It was a good way to see both technical and soft skills.
- Tell me about your problem-solving skills.
- How do you approach critical thinking?
- Describe a situation where you had to work in a team.
Supply Chain Analyst
I was first contacted via WhatsApp to schedule the interview. The interview was online with the Area Manager, Area Coordinator, and an HR representative. I considered the interview to be medium/difficult level, but I had a positive experience!
- Can you provide examples from your past experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
Ships Agency Operator
It was an in-person interview at their office that lasted about an hour. The HR Manager, the Agency Manager, and another official from the agency attended the meeting. The interview started in Turkish and switched to English for the final part. Since I didn't have prior experience in the industry, they didn't ask any technical questions. Instead, we discussed my previous work experiences and my background. They also explained the nature of the job, including the stress levels and the workload involved.
- What would your former colleagues say about you?
Executive
The application to interview timeline was pretty quick, which was nice. But, the interview itself was all over the place and felt like they weren't upfront about what was happening. Some questions were a bit weird and not really professional, and they didn't seem to care much about how the candidate felt. The whole offer part felt off, like they were trying to get people for cheap.
- Could you walk us through your background and your previous work history?
