The interview process was communicated clearly throughout. Both the talent acquisition specialist and the hiring manager were very responsive. I liked that the manager was upfront, and it felt like a two-way street where they were also selling the company to me, which is a positive sign. I also appreciate when things aren't sugar-coated.

The first interview was at the office with two program managers. We talked about my experience and some project management theories. I also took an online test on project management knowledge. The second interview was a casual chat with a senior manager, focusing on my experience.

First, I got an email from a recruiter about the job. Then, I had a phone screen and after that, I was invited for an onsite interview with 3 directors/managers. The onsite went well, they mostly asked about my past experience and talked about their projects and needs. One of the interviewers, the PMO director, mentioned she's retiring soon. The portfolio manager I spoke with was great. The director of technical architecture seemed a bit bored, yawning during our talk, but said he wasn't. It was an okay experience overall. The recruiter sent a brief email afterwards saying they enjoyed the interview. But then I heard nothing for over a month. After trying to get an update, they told me they went with someone else. They should have let me know sooner instead of leaving me hanging.
