Applied online and HR got in touch for a screening call. They set up an interview with the hiring manager for the following week. I had that interview and was told that I'd receive the next steps the beginning of the next week. Then they just ghosted me. I sent a follow up email to HR but didn't any response. It's fine to not make it to the next round, but it's usual to at least receive an automated email stating that I'm no longer being considered.

After an initial phone or in-person call back within 2 to 3 business days, you'll need to verbally demonstrate your skill knowledge for the position. Then, you'll be interviewed by 2 to 3 peers on the team, followed by interviews with managers. This part involves a review of the basic skills required for the position, with Q and A on your skills, experience, and people skills. Finally, there will be a discussion about the corporate culture and how it has changed over the years.

It was a great process from start to finish. The recruiter was really nice and upfront about everything. They even gave me the names, titles, and LinkedIn profiles of everyone I'd be talking to. The interviews were well-paced and the right number of them. The conversations were pleasant and helpful. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
