They usually bring most candidates in through a group interview, but they can accommodate individual meetings if needed for your schedule. I had two phone interviews and one in-person interview. The first phone interview was just a screening. They discussed salary and offered a 'low salary, but you'll get a master's.' It wasn't until later that I realized the master's degree programs weren't with well-known universities that employers might recognize.

Behavioral Presentation Other

It was a pretty typical interview process. I applied online and then someone from HR reached out. The first phone screen was totally normal. After that, I met with the hiring manager, then the director, and then another Senior Brand Manager. They all asked good questions and were helpful answering mine too.

Behavioral Technical

It's hard to respect a company that actively headhunts to fill positions, pushes applicants through a 3-step interview process for hours at a time only to be ghosted at the end. It shows to the applicant that their time was never valued from the start. A simple automated email, stating the applicant was not selected would suffice. Don't waste applicants time. From the sense I got the environment is high pressure, sales driven and catty. I did not get a sense that the women enjoyed each others company but rather the interview process was a strain on their jobs and they couldn't be bothered.

Behavioral Group

I had a phone call with HR first, and then I was invited to a group hiring event. The whole process was confusing. I looked at salaries for this company online before, and they were very different from the 43,000/year they offered. The people were lovely, but it was a VERY sales environment, even though they kept telling me it was not a sales job. They also only give you 24 hours to respond to an offer, which is much shorter than the average of 3 days elsewhere. This really made me feel like it's a high-pressure sales job. I don't mind sales or helping people sign up for online courses or managing documents, but the way they conducted the interview made me feel like the job was more about pushing unsure people to sign up for classes, rather than helping them figure out if the college was actually a good fit. It made me uncomfortable because most potential students would need to take out huge loans. A lot of upper management people seem really nice and personable, but the job itself sounds like a big, never-leave-your-cubicle sales job.
