The interview process was very professional and attentive to the requirements of the position. They outlined all of the position's requirements in a professional and attentive manner. It was a great process and very enjoyable. I highly recommend interviewing here.

I sent in my resume for a job I saw on Craigslist. The next day, a woman from their AZ corporate office called me. She was pretty direct and not super friendly. She had me apply online through their website, but mentioned the job was new and to just apply under 'Accounting' for another position. I did that and went to the interview the next day, arriving 15 minutes early. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and handed me a 10-question survey with personal questions like 'who's your hero?', 'what charities do you support?', and 'what's your dream job?'. After I finished, I waited another 15 minutes for my interview. Two people met me: the woman who scheduled it and a man who didn't state his role. The interview felt really awkward from the start. The woman reviewed my questionnaire and asked about my dream job answer ('published author'), saying 'So published author, what's holding you back?'. This felt odd and irrelevant to the job. I struggled to answer. It felt more like an interrogation than a conversation, with rapid-fire questions and no interviewer input to build rapport. The woman asked almost all the questions, while the man sat silently, looking down. His presence made me uncomfortable, and even when he finally spoke, he didn't make eye contact. They mentioned the company was like 'Family,' but it felt like a family that doesn't talk much. I suggest hiring more personable staff for interviews. It felt like a grilling by poor communicators, not a constructive interview. They said I'd hear back either way, but after I followed up via email, I got no response.

I applied online but didn't hear back, so I went to the store to drop off an application. They said they'd contact me. After a week of no contact, I called and was told they hadn't reviewed applications yet. A few days later, I called again and was asked to come in for an interview the following Wednesday. The interviewer was late. He asked about my availability, work history, and any volunteer experience. Then he ended the interview. I waited a week and called again, only to be told they needed someone with more experience.

I applied online and then had a first phone call with the hiring manager. He seemed nice but was really disorganized. He called on the wrong day at first, and then when we rescheduled, he called 10 minutes late. We talked for 30 minutes and he said he wanted me to come in for an in-person interview with him and the founder. The whole in-person experience was terrible! The hiring manager, again being super unorganized, didn't know what time we had scheduled and emailed me earlier asking. I met with the hiring manager and the founder. The hiring manager asked the same questions he had asked me on the phone before. The founder asked some questions that needed explanations but he wanted only 'yes or no' answers. I see why Wildflower has SO many open positions. They want you to work Monday - Saturday and only pay you a small salary.
