First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wilderness Resort.
Lifeguard
The interview happened online, which was pretty good for a lifeguard role. The resort is in WI Dells, a really nice location. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd suggest it for anyone needing to get started.
- Describe your relevant lifeguard experience.
Lifeguard
it was a really smooth interview with HR, I met two people and they were both super professional and nice. I loved the whole experience.
- What makes you want to join our team?
Executive Housekeeper
I had an interview with my sponsor (because I am J1), then with the person in charge of human resources to be accepted at Wilderness as a housekeeper, and finally an orientation that lasts 2 days.
- Tell me about yourself. Why do you want this housekeeping job?
Event Manager
The interview process was quite challenging because there wasn't much time to get ready for anything. It started with a phone call, and then there was a personal test. They wanted to know about a tough conflict situation I handled, and I used a family example to showcase my negotiation skills.
- Can you list five words that describe you?
