Research
The interview process involved three rounds with different teams, and they were generally friendly. The whole process from application to hire took about four months, but they didn't follow best practices for accessibility. Overall, it was a friendly and professional interview process.
- Can you describe a situation where you encountered a professional challenge and how you handled it?
Assistant Teacher
The interview process that I had was great. The interviewer was kind, specific, and well informed about the company's beliefs and values. They'll ask basic questions about you, your experiences, and how you can build off your skills to the role applying for.
- Can you introduce yourself and mention one of your strengths?
- How would you approach and resolve a given problem?
HR Generalist
It was a phone screen interview. The person interviewing me didn't seem to know the job well and asked me about experiences I didn't list on the job posting. I tried to find more details about the job or a job description on the company website before the call, but all I could find was the job posting, which didn't actually list the duties and responsibilities.
- What makes you the most qualified candidate for this role?
- Can you share your experience with training and facilitating meetings?
- What is your experience concerning compliance reporting?
