Line Cook
The interview was brief and to the point. The manager was understanding and gave a rundown of the entire operation. They were happy to answer any questions I had, and I got a job offer right away. Everyone was really friendly.
- What are your future career aspirations?
Wading Pool Attendant
The hiring manager reviewed my resume and asked a bunch of behavioral questions for about 45 minutes. They covered things like my time in school, leadership in the community, and involvement in sports and extracurricular activities.
- Can you tell me about your experiences in school?
- What examples do you have of community leadership?
- What have you been involved in regarding sports and extracurriculars?
Front Desk Receptionist
I live out of state but I interviewed for the role. I had two phone interviews, one for about 15 minutes and another for 45 minutes. I talked with different people and it went really well!
- If your family were to create a large billboard of you, what three words would they use to describe you?
- Can you share an instance of dealing with a dissatisfied customer and how you resolved it?
Sales Associate
The interview was pretty casual, not super formal. The manager asked me about my skills and experience, and my general competencies. Since I had a similar job before, they wanted to know about that, especially how I managed during busy periods and stressful situations.
- What's your approach to handling stressful situations?
- Describe a situation where you had to manage a challenging customer interaction.
