I had a 15-minute chat with the manager, who is also the attractions supervisor. They asked me about my experience with guests and customer service. After that, they explained what the job would be like. I got the job offer the same day.

The interview was kinda unprofessional. The director was super casual and asked some weird questions. They seemed uncomfortable with hiring someone who has a family. Questions focused on whether having kids would get in the way of doing the job. There was a lot of emphasis on the job requiring availability at all times, and pretty much every weekend.

  • How do you feel about the job requiring constant availability, including most weekends?

It was a really casual interview. Most questions were about dealing with unhappy visitors. There was also a 'funterview,' which was a group thing where we had to dance with interviewers and act out stuff like a lost kid in the park or talking to guests.
