General Manager
It all started with a job fair they had in their parking lot with a table and small tent. The district manager and HR were there. My husband saw it when he was grabbing gas and told me. I went out the door like 15 minutes later with my resume. We chatted for about 20 minutes, shook hands, and I left. The next morning, I got a call to come in and talk to the current manager. She was nice and told me what I needed to know. She did a background check on her computer, and I went to another spot for paperwork for a drug test, then headed to a lab nearby for the test itself. A week later, I called to check if the results were back, and they were. The job was supposed to start the next week.

Cashier
Had a 15 min call with HR and then a 30 min call with the shop manager. The offer came by phone from HR within 2 weeks. It was an easy process with general questions. The first call happened about 3 weeks after I applied.
- What experience do you have?
- Can you share some situational questions?
- How do you assess cultural fit?
Store Manager
I had two manager interviews and a phone interview. It felt a bit rushed and unprofessional because it was conducted in a storage room at the back of the store. I also didn't appreciate being interviewed while standing up and having the back room with cups visible.
- Would you say you are honest?
General Manager
Super easy interview! I met with the District Manager at a different store, we sat and chatted about my experience in management and the duties of the job. Later that day, I went to another location and met with the Regional Manager. We talked for about 15 minutes, and then he offered me the job.
- What are your salary expectations?
