I got an email asking me to do a phone screening with the COO. This shows how wikiHow hires collaboratively, probably cuz the team is small. So, don't expect a typical hiring manager or recruiter, but people who are actually making the decisions. The phone screening was gonna be 20-30 mins, and if it went well, I'd move on. The next steps were a bunch of assessments and tests like Excel proficiency, and then more interviews with others on the team if I passed those.

Behavioral Technical

Got an email from a recruiter/PM who hires other PMs. First, a 15-min resume screen. Then, a 15-min behavioral test. After that, a 1-hour take-home test that was like an excel sheet/free response. Then, I had to do the same test live on a call with the recruiter/PM (1hr 30min) in a Google Doc. Got rejected after this.

Behavioral Technical Other

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. First, a phone screening where I walked the interviewer through my resume and talked about my major and my roles in on-campus commitments. Then, I completed an online test which included an excel test and a personality test that I submitted online. After that, I had an in-house technical interview that tested my speed with certain Excel tasks, which was a good indicator of my summer work. Lastly, there was an in-person behavioral interview where the focus was on 'Why WikiHow'.
