Technical Other

The process wasn't really an interview. I had to do a writing test first. Then, I was put on a trial where I wrote articles. They gave us detailed training and guides on how to write the articles, and I think there was a training video too.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone chat first, nothing special. Then I got a take-home assignment and also had to do a predictive index test, which is basically a personality test. They rejected me after I sent in the assignment and the personality test. All they said was I "wasn't a good fit." I tried to get more specific feedback, but they wouldn't give any, just repeating that I wasn't a good fit and didn't seem dedicated enough to their mission. It would have been helpful if they had said what was wrong with my writing samples, if that's what did it.

Behavioral Other

It started with a quick 15-minute phone screen, and then I had to do a few timed written tests. They didn't give me any feedback, just sent a rejection after the second test. I didn't get to talk to anyone or discuss my experience beyond that first call, and the whole testing thing dragged on for about five weeks. Not a fan of how long it took or how they communicated, but the people I emailed with were nice enough.
